NO WAY! Very unprofessional. I work as turistic consultant since 20 years.I booked the Orchidea room an they confirmed that room via e-mail to me. When I got there, they tryied to give another room because Orchidea was already busy. An unfriendly old lady even told me that all rooms were the same.
